Custom packaging quality control
linked to approved references.

Quality language should be measurable and project-specific. MSQ PACK organizes inspection around agreed dimensions, appearance, construction, finish, insert fit and packing rather than unsupported universal promises.

01

Structure and dimensions

Check form, alignment, opening, closure and dimensions against the approved specification.

  • Box geometry and corner condition
  • Closure and opening function
  • Insert fit and product presentation
02

Print and finishing

Review the visible surface against approved artwork and physical references.

  • Color and print registration
  • Foil, UV, embossing and debossing position
  • Surface cleanliness and consistency
03

Assembly and packing

Confirm the complete pack as the buyer and end user will receive it.

  • Wrapping, gluing and accessory placement
  • Quantity and assortment checks
  • Inner and export packing condition

A Clear Path.
Visible Approval Points.

Define criteria: Agree what will be checked, the reference used and any project-specific tolerance. Approve reference: Confirm the structure, material, color and surface standard before production. Inspect production: Use relevant in-process checks for printing, finishing, assembly and pack-out. Release shipment: Complete the agreed final review and retain project records as applicable.

Custom packaging quality control
buyer questions.

Do all projects use the same inspection checklist?

No. The checklist should reflect structure, dimensions, material, printing, finishing, insert, product risk and destination requirements.

How is a color difference judged?

The substrate, coating, light source, approved reference and agreed tolerance all matter. These should be defined during sampling.

Are transit tests included?

Transit or drop-test requirements must be defined in the brief. They are not automatically implied by a mailer or shipping-box product name.

Can inspection photos be provided?

Project-specific inspection evidence can be discussed in the RFQ and order documentation.

Does the website guarantee zero defects?

No responsible manufacturer should make an unlimited zero-defect claim. The project should define inspection method, acceptance criteria and corrective process.
