Custom packaging process
with decisions made before scale.

The process is built to reduce ambiguity: define the brief, confirm structure, review materials and finishes, approve the right sample level, then release production against agreed checkpoints.

01

RFQ and feasibility

Turn the commercial and product requirement into a reviewable brief.

  • Dimensions, weight and quantity
  • Destination and target timing
  • Artwork, finish and reference packaging
02

Development and sampling

Resolve the structure and visible result before production commitment.

  • Dieline or structure review
  • Material and finish selection
  • Prototype or printed sample path
03

Production and dispatch

Follow approved references and project-specific quality checkpoints.

  • Pre-production confirmation
  • In-process and final inspection
  • Export packing and dispatch coordination

A Clear Path.
Visible Approval Points.

Project brief: Share the product, packaging role, size, quantity, destination, timing and brand requirements. Technical direction: Review structure, board, paper, insert, print and finishing compatibility. Sample approval: Agree the sample level and approve structure, fit, color and surface expectations. Production release: Confirm artwork and specifications, then proceed with defined quality and packing checkpoints.

Custom packaging process
buyer questions.

What should be included in the first enquiry?

Product dimensions and weight, desired pack, estimated quantity, destination, artwork, finishing direction and target timing are the most useful inputs.

Is a white sample enough?

A white sample can confirm structure and fit, but it cannot prove printed color, paper response, foil, UV or embossing. The right sample level depends on project risk.

When is artwork approved?

Artwork should be approved only after the dieline, print areas, finishing layers, legal copy and required marks have been checked.

Can a project skip sampling?

Skipping sampling increases risk. The suitable approval method is decided according to structure complexity, material, finish and prior validated references.

How are changes handled after approval?

Any change to size, paper, artwork, finish, insert or quantity may affect price, timing and production setup and should be re-confirmed in writing.
